The SE Area is performing well on some key statistics since
implementing the Coach Approach Program. We implemented the
program during the last quarter of 1999. Our year-end 1999
voluntary employee retention rate was 71%. For 2000, our
employee retention rate is tracking at 82%. Additionally,
we just completed our employee opinion survey. We had the
highest employee participation percentage at 86%. Our
employee satisfaction rating was 71%. I feel the Coach
Approach Program is a contributing factor to increasing
