Be Thirsty for Knowledge

What Do You Do if You Have $0 in Budget to Support the Front Line?

The answer is simple…
ATTENTION; and it doesn’t cost a dime. Small thoughtful gestures go a long way during times like these. When there is a reduction in resources there needs to be an increase in ATTENTION.

Show your team and your clients that you care about and appreciate them. Go the extra mile with attention and service. Be grateful and humble.

Role model the correct mindset that eliminates all fear of the unknown. Fear paralyzes productivity. The antidote for fear is positive attention. Positive attention is like turning on a light in a dark room. The fear (darkness) immediately vanishes.

Right now everyone must learn how to self-coach, and effectively manage stress and anxiety. If we don’t, fear will take over and prevent us from taking advantage of becoming a better version of ourselves. Tough times build character.

Be Courageous!

Be Open!

Be Thirsty for Knowledge!

What Does Attention Look Like?

You can increase the level of attention you give with
the following:

  • Perform Short Team Meetings, Team Conference Calls or Email Blasts. Present positive and energizing messages of inspiration ~ Education = Motivation
    • You can also perform these meetings for your clients ~ Education = Customer Satisfaction = Referrals
    • Discuss what a challenging economy means, the benefits of challenging times, the opportunities that arise from challenging times, the power of belief in the company and in oneself. Discuss the power of team. You are not in it alone. When a team is strong, everyone accepts the responsibility to ignite creativity and innovation. This creates fertile ground for ideas, recommendations and solutions that will increase productivity and profit
  • Increase clients visits, follow up calls and service calls
    • Work side-by-side ~ share your philosophies regarding success
    • Reinvent yourself and perform the basics brilliantly. Inspire one another to become stronger than ever before. Develop relationships that outlast challenging times
  • Take the time you normally don’t have to praise, acknowledge and appreciate each and every team member and/or client

Unleash Your Imagination

“Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
– Albert Einstein

Coach yourself, your team and your clients to stay in the now and unleash imagination!

Consider imagination as the key to unlock the door to creativity and innovation. Imagination is the ability to see answers you wouldn’t otherwise see.

Remind your clients and team members to see things as you did when you were a child. Children are the essence of creativity and imagination. Their internal self-talk encourages them to explore their environment without filters or limitations. It requires extreme patience, fearlessness, and absolute “knowing” that the answers lie within.

Genius is described as having the ability to look at issues from many different vantage points. By utilizing imagination, you develop new perspectives, create fresh strategies, and set yourself apart from others who do not take the time to unleash their imagination. By believing that the answers are within us and tapping into our imagination, we take a step toward reducing our stress and anxiety levels.
